About Me
An energetic, strategic and results-driven Training, Development and Compliance Consultant with over two decades of business experience gained across varying commercial sectors, from large blue chips, to Private Equity backed SME’s.
I support with the development of people, process and systems to drive compliance, performance, improvement, change and profitability. I thrive in fast paced cultures and pride myself on being a commercial team player with excellent communication skills who offers particular expertise in:
Training & Development: Broad knowledge and experience in identifying and delivering Training, Talent Management and L&D initiatives across multi-sites.
Project Management: Good organisation and planning skills in prioritising and implementing a range of projects, ensuring objectives and deadlines are delivered.
Innovation: Experienced in the identification and execution of a range of initiatives to improve processes, efficiency and return on investment.
Communication: An effective communicator and presenter, who builds strong working relationships at all levels with suppliers, clients, business leaders and teams
Leadership: A highly supportive leader who works collaboratively, sharing knowledge, developing and motivating teams to provide excellent service.
Commercial: Ability to spend time getting to know a business and/or organisation to understand what makes it successful, its products and or services and the sector challenges whilst supporting a return on investment.
Risk & Compliance Management: Identification, planning and implementation of policy, procedure and processes, to manage risk, improve performance and ensure compliance E.G Safety, GDPR, Information Security
Apprenticeships: Effective quality delivery of engaging programmes of education through third party suppliers. Alternative utilisation of the levy funding providing value added benefits.

Voluntary Work
In my spare time I volunteer for Shine Cancer Support as the Manchester Network Leader.
This amazing charity is the only UK charity supporing young adults in their 20s 30s & 40s with a cancer diagnosis. They provide a variety of amazing support services removing the isolation a cancer diagnosis can bring, enabling honest discussion with people who "just get it"
This is hugely rewarding and brings laughter, fun and friendship.
